Large Apartment, Free Parking, Sleeps 10, for Contractors, Families overlooking Royal Pavilion

Awful and unsafe property. Do no book with this awful company. Arrived late in the evening to the property, full of dust, no working WiFi, no lights up to the top floor very unsafe for children. The entire building stunk of cigarettes and weed. When I contacted the company they were simply not interested and did not call me back. I was left with no choice but to book another property that night so was out of pocket twice. Had to complain through booking.com but the company have refused to acknowledge the issues or provide a refund.

Did not like anything. Unsafe for children, do no book.

Very clean and spacious property, in the heart of Brighton with a short walk to the beach, shops close by and plenty of bars around!

We enjoy the situation close to the pear and center. We enjoy the several room available for our group. Everything was clean and prepared.

Accessibility... Lots of steps and not all large. The shower of the first floor was impossible to regulate properly (hot cold) and rate of flow very poor. (second floor perfect shower by the way)

Great location, fast communication, definitely stay again

Great Location and a great host Communication was excellent and very helpful. It's only a short walking distance to the peer and seafront. The view from the apartment was also great. there is free parking available for one car

There is no washbasin to wash your hands in the water closet
