"it was not what was shown online"

the staff helped when we entered and arranged dinner for us

There was no signboard to guide customers to the residency,the residency looks nothing like the description,it does not have a resort or a private space for campfire.Most importantly,there was no mountain view from the property which is what made us choose the residency in the first place.The staff told us they would get breakfast for us in the morning at 8am and collected money the previous night but did not show up in the morning despite multiple calls.i feel scammed as the actual residency looks nothing like the description and place

Property is at a very good location. It is super clean. Rooma are big, neat and clean. 24*7 Hot water is there. Staff is very polite and friendly. Food quality and taste is amazing. Staff listened to all the requests at any time in day or night without nagging. Food is very very delicious. Campfire arrangement is also there. Overall stay at the property was never forgetting experience. Always a first choice for stay at kodaikanal. :)
