NZA very clean and good quality flat with amazing views of the city. Don’t stay if you’re scared of heights as it’s on the 21st floor! The master bedroom has an ensuite, cupboard and shelves for your clothes and a balcony where you can hang stuff out to dry on the provided rack. However the noise from the all the mosques nearby is very loud and of course several times a day. The other bedroom is smaller with the bathroom next door, it has hanging space and drawers, and a small table and chair. The lounge is spacious with another bed in it and floor to ceiling windows with city views. The small kitchen is functional. They provide 2 bottles of water each for the duration. It was great to have a washing machine and some laundry detergent supplied. No tea towels are supplied. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with and was kind enough to allow us to check in an hour earlier which was really helpful. The pool is AMAZING and was the reason I booked! The views are stunning. There is quite an officious guard on the door who makes you sign in/out and ensures people don’t leave their belongings in the edge of the pool. There are a few loungers near the pool but never enough for us to get one. Outside on the ground level there is a small cafe, Zus, and a restaurant called the Golden Horse which had good food and the cheapest beer we found in Georgetown! Lovely staff too.
The only downside is the area, there is nothing within walking distance really but at least Grab is cheap. Be ready to wait a while for each trip as it’s a busy city.

Kitchen, while very fresh and new, probably could do with a little more in the way of glasses, crockery and cutlery. Otherwise, very good.
