Location is very good. There are places to eat and a mall within walking distance, and Easy to get a Grab. There was water purifier in the room, so we didn't have to buy and carry heavy water bottles. Also, careline was very helpful. We got response right away or in a timely manner.

Whenever bad smell comes up from the bathroom drain, we needed to keep water running.

The view is stunning, facilities are well taken care of. The location is strategic.

Nice apartment exactly as shown in the picture. Comfortable and a good size with really nice active ocean view.Good location walking distance to grocery store, easy access. Grab transportation right at the doorstep and inexpensive to use. Night markets easily accessible. Staff (Jonathan) responded immediately if we had questions and was a pleasure to deal with.Laundry available downstairs, self serve or done for you.

This was not an issue for us but might be for others.Family oriented building so can be noisier during the day but we had no issues at night.
