"relaxing and conveniently located."

The house was in a perfect location, just about a 4 minute walk into the city where there were plenty of bars and eateries. The check in process was efficient and using a key box to access the house suited us all, as it meant we could leave it there each day and who ever returned first could let themselves in. It felt like a home from home. Had great communication from Ben regarding booking in and again on the day of check-out . I would definitely stay here again if I visit Ripon as it gives you independence.

This isn't a niggle but there appeared to be bits of black under the shower screen when folding it out (could be mould , but I'm no expert) This would be a simple thing to keep on top of.

Lovely house in an excellent location. Quiet road with roadside parking. Comfy bed, lovely big kitchen. Good communication from the owner was much appreciated.

Bit of a mould problem around the bath, would be easy to solve.

An amazing property in a lovely secluded. quiet location. Spotlessly clean, great amenities, beautiful kitchen. Attention to detail was outstanding. Messages from Ben to ensure all was ok. Perfect.

Had to juggle a bit to park two vehicles, but that was our problem.

The whole house is beautifully decorated (I especially fell in love with the attic bedroom) and we had everything we needed. The key safe was very handy.

Location and comfortable spacious accommodation.

No welcome/information folder. The heating wasn't one and there was no information on how to get it working, and I spent ages trying to get a broken fire in the lounge to work.

The cottage was in such a great location right opposite the cathedral and the old house had so much character.

There wasn't any soap or shower gel in the bathroom
