STAYSA Equipped studios near QE and UOB in GuestHouse close to the city!

Absolutely boiling hot. No fan, no Aircon. Place was like a box room. The house itself was dirty, bags of rubbish left split all out the front. No tea or coffee like what was stated in the bio. Won't be returning.

very very noisy past 11pm till about 4am as it’s a shared flat house you will be able to hear everything. some of the bedding was dirty and the window sill had someone’s hair and hair accessories like ??? disgusting the room itself was nice. I wouldn’t stay again as they definitely don’t clean the place

the room itself has a nice lay out, Netflix worked.

Was warm, room was spacious and the bathroom neat and clean. Situated close to the uni and amenities. Microwave and kettle. Shower was decent pressure

Room stank of smoke. Had to sleep with the window open. Noise from the other rooms. Bed small double with thin bedding - one bath and hand towel for two people. Rubbish piled up outside the property

The room from the pictures is not for rent! Please be aware of that. They will put you in different room very much worse than the one in pictures (dirty, smelly with lots of broken stuff around) AVOID!
