The mattress has sagging, too old, and cannot support the body adequately... Water tap in bathroom not functioning well.

The hassle just to obtain the apartment keys. No reception except for 2 Bangla who were not proficient in English, rude and unhelpful. Kept giving vague instructions as if they were the guests.

1st- parking is the worst, hard to turn as the space of turning is limited and the staircase is creepy, end we park at the roadside. The floor feels oily and uncomfortable. 3) All the headboards are peeled off. 4) The washing machine is stuck and I can't use it, their staff gets to ask the technician at midnight only to get the answer. 5) The air-conditioning is dirty and leaking! 6) The bedsheets and pillows case is smelly! 7) The heater and ventilator in the bathroom is noisy. 8) The fan is not functioning well. We booked 2 nights, but have to check out the next day.
