Comfortable place, lots of space, good WiFi, close to town - in general it was great

Not a huge amount of kitchenware, but you’ll likely be eating out most of the time anyway!

The owner is good. The location also good not so far from padang kota where u can have a nice rojak or pasembor. The house was very clean n tidy. Everything was fantastic.

Location, parking, comfortable, clean. The sofa is really nice

Shower is a lil old, and pressure was not that great. Owner was helpful to offer a change of shower head, but since it was a short stay, we didn't take it up. One of the queen bed was a little too hard for me.

Have all the basic needs in the room. Washing machine and cloth rack is a plus so that my family don't need to bring so many cloths during our stay. Is very near and walking distance to the newly open Gurney Bay/Gurney Walk. Strategic location to Komtar area and Penang murals location, all famous eatery near by. Host was friendly and nice too

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!

SCAMMER HOST!! AVOID AT ALL COST! Asked for RM200 just hours before check-in or won’t provide instructions! Truly sounded like a BLACKMAIL as there were no indication of any deposit required. Then they went BEHIND Booking.com's BACK to collect the fee directly fm us just to save on commission. All pics may look ok but DO NOT BE FOOLED!! Fm carpark all the way to the room is DARK, WET, SMELLY, DIRTY, SUPER DINGHY & the room is A PRE-HEATED OVEN due to the mng n aft sun shining directly onto the unit! BOTH ACs were NOT WORKING!! Waited several hrs for technician to arrive n found that the main AC switch is BURNT! Everyone was SWEATING BUCKETS waiting for the repair. When done, it took at least 20 mins for the outdoor unit to kick in. Their OWN TECHNICIAN said that the host wanted to STINGE on cost by using this version of ACs. When done, the blinking orange light indicates an error but the tech asked to wait it out since it may solve by itself since he just repaired the main switch! It DID NOT SOLVE BY ITSELF!! The room is badly maintained with EXTRA HARD and LUMPY mattresses & pillows with BEDBUGS!! Even the shower is BROKEN that we had to tie the shower head just to get a decent shower that trickles SUPER LOW WATER PRESSURE! + there is an ARMY of little COCKROACHES that will CRAWL ALL OVER when you sleep!! Communicated wif the host SEVERAL TIMES throughout n PROMISED TO COMPENSATE RM30 as if we are BEGGARS!! Then increased to RM38 since it’s CNY!!! Finally agreed on RM38 X 3 NIGHTS = RM114 but was further reduced to RM88 just bcoz it’s a LUCKY NUMBER!!!! Just accepted our bad luck to encounter a SCAMMER n UNPROFESSIONAL host! But even after the EXPECTED DRAGGING EXCUSE to transfer the $, came back with the pretext that can’t release the compensation bcoz we did not snapshot the AC error code! CLASSIC SCAMMER ploy!! AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COST!! THERE ARE TONS OF OTHERS AT BETTER VALUE & MUCH MORE HONEST HOSTS. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!!
