Lovely, clean and modern house with all new equipment and furnishings. Nice outdoor/ covered area. Good communication from host. Security deposit returned immediately after departure. Plenty of free on street parking if more than 2 cars. 3 large double rooms with 2 double beds in each, 4th room with one double and small sofa bed. Big sofa bed in lounge so plenty of space for large groups. Highly recommended, thanks Mun 👍

A gorgeous property which was very well equipped for our weekend stay. The house was spotless and we all loved the modern touch. It was the perfect house for socialising in and relaxing in. They’ve really made good use of the space and with 11 of us staying, it didn’t feel cramped. It’s ideally located, 5-10 mins Uber into city, with good parking if you have more than two cars. Lastly, MUN was so helpful and easy to contact when we needed her making our stay even better. Thank you!!

We recently booked this 4-bedroom house for our works Christmas outing, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property comfortably accommodated all 10 of us, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time together. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring that we all had a good night’s sleep after our festive celebrations. The house was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. We particularly loved the spacious garden area, perfect for some fresh air, Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. It was close to central Birmingham, with local shops nearby for any amenities we needed. Communication with the property owner was excellent, and access to the house was straightforward and easy. We had such a wonderful time that we are definitely looking to book this house again for our future outings. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Birmingham for group stays.

The property was furnished to a beautiful standard. Nearly everything we needed was there. The host replied in a timely manner and was very accommodating. The bathrooms were lovely too. My friends and I were really surprised at how lovely the house is!

I would've preferred bigger towels. The host did let me know prior to check-in about the size of the towels, which I appreciate, but I would've preferred towels that fit around our bodies. I would recommend a better cleaner as some of us wore white socks and our socks were not white when only walking around in the living room. Our group was slightly uncomfortable with the number of cameras located around the property. There were 4 in the back garden and a ring camera. I am unsure if they were functioning cameras but it made us feel like we were being watched.
