"Good value for money"

10 min drive from city centre, quiet street, good value for money, had long life milk in the cupboards,tea,coffee and sugar if we where to cook even had some cooking oil and some spices

A bit outed parts of the house and the window in the front room unable to lock, cleanliness not bad, a few cobwebs around and some dusty corners

It smelt of smoke quite badly and mattresses quite uncomfortable
