We were disturbed by the admin staffs and asked permission to close the water supply on one of the toilets which we actually need for our stay because we are a group of 8 people and it seems impossible if we’ll just use one toilet. I messaged the handler of the unit but i got no reply about it.

location is very convenient, mall can be accessed by the lobby. Unit is clean without cockroches. Manager is responsive, kitchen and washing machine convenient.

Washing machine bedroom isn't really for people sleeping. Small bedroom bed smells and gives my son itchy rashes over the leg. No hairdryer and microwave. Water pressure is small.

The property itself SMDC Air Residences is a marvel. It's extremely affluent and the apartment complex is really high-end. So, with the price, you're getting a good deal. The property has its own entrance to the mall which is part of it. The apartment itself is clean, agreeable and cozy. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchenette has all the amenities you would expect. The refrigerator is modern and large. Also, the internet is very good and fast 200 Mbps The view from the apartment is also very nice, being on the 25th floor of a 59-story highrise.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this property manager's behavior warrants it. The booking experience was frustrating due to the manager's lack of responsiveness. He only replied after several attempts and didn't greet me politely but immediately asked for a booking screenshot. Despite sending all required IDs, he failed to provide the promised authorization letter for check-in. On the day of arrival, he ignored multiple calls, finally responding only after the 10th attempt, and rudely told me to "shut my mouth" when I expressed frustration over the delay. Additionally, there were no clear instructions for cleaning or trash disposal, the flatscreen TV had noticeable discoloration on one side, and the water dispenser was empty, including the additional cylinders. To top it off, two of the sinks were clogged, adding to our inconvenience.

The location is the greatest thing about this property but it is also quite comfortable. We stayed here 2 separate nights during a 1 week span and I will absolutely stay here the next time I am in Manila. The unit has plenty of space, has anything you need to cook your own meal, the beds are comfortable, and the A/C units blow very cold! Also, the property owner was quick with communication. We loved it!

The host made sure everything was in order prior to my family's arrival.
