Charming Salt Lake City Home Minutes from Airport, Downtown SLC , Skiing

When you first arrive, it's a little iffy. Parking at first was a little tight with the narrow driveway and the road. Once inside, the house is absolutely beautiful, full of vibrant colors throughout. There is also a game/family area in the full basement with a full bathroom and two more bedrooms. The main level has the master bedroom, kitchen, living room, and two full bathrooms. Then, the third level has two bedrooms with a small hangout area. Out back is a nice rocky setting with a hot tub, pool, and hangout area a variety of floats and noodles to use in the pool. The owner's are very accommodating and nice! The owner gave us an early check in option. BEDS ARE SUPER CLEAN AND VERY VERY COMFY! The owner also supplies towels, laundry necessities, soap and small shampoos and blow dryers. The kitchen is fully furnished, coffee pot and accessories, all the dishes you need and pans.

Stairs are very narrow, but it was well worth it! There's a woman who lives on the right side of the property who yells and screams at her dog a lot early in the mornings. If you get up early, no problem, like after 6 a.m. The road to the house is very narrow, making it hard to back vehicles in. The garage is more for storage; you can fit a trailer, quad, and other things in it, not a truck, but it worked for us. We parked the trailer and quad in it. To heat the pool it costs an extra $200 plus an additional $20 a day after that! We were fine without heating it.

Great property for a group attending a conference. 30 min bus ride or 15 min uber from city centre. Host provided all of the basics like tea, coffee, washing items etc which was great help. Comfy beds and lovely outdoor space including pool and hot tub.

Hard to manage the air-con/heating so it was even throughout the house.

We all loved everything about the property. A little smaller than expected, but still exceptional!

There was nothing to dislike.

Stayed here for 4 nights while attending a music festival. Perfect house for 4 singles. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended.
