Spacious Disney Themed 5Bed Villa! Private Heated Enclosed Pool/Spa/BBQ!

Layout of the home was great! All on one level and great flow! Quiet and seemingly safe neighborhood. Was in close proximity to grocery and restaurants.

There were stains or damage on almost every chair, lights/electrical may need some work in dining and laundry room, hole in wall, pool heater never worked (paid extra for), shower head needed replacing, outdoor trash bins were full upon arrival. Wood rot on some of the baseboards/cabinetry, TV remotes did not work, had to download the universal remote on our phones. Only ping pong table in the garage, not the others as pictured. Was so disappointing because at first we thought maybe these are just honest mistakes or mishaps but we kept running into these things. We were able to communicate with the owner/host daily, but we shouldn't HAVE to reach out every day. I think they are nice people and the property could be a very nice and comfortable place to stay but it was NOT ready in our opinion. We apologized to our children daily for being unable to use the pool- we stayed during the east coast temperature drop in December. We knew they wanted to spend days in the pool so we paid the extra fee for "90° temps" but it stayed freezing with no reimbursement.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Absolutely Fantastic Stay! We had the most wonderful stay at the Spacious Disney House. From the moment we arrived, it genuinely felt like a home from home. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free holiday. We were a group of four adults and four children, and the amount of space was incredible — everyone had room to relax, spread out, and enjoy themselves. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the whole house felt bright, clean and welcoming. The kids’ bedrooms were absolutely fabulous — each room had its own theme with magical ceiling lights that the children adored. They genuinely felt like they were staying in their own little Disney worlds. These rooms were a real highlight for the kids and added so much excitement to the trip. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and appliance you could think of, and we were delighted to find the basics waiting for us on arrival — coffee, toilet rolls, kitchen roll and bin bags. Such a thoughtful touch that made settling in after a long journey so easy. The neighbourhood itself is lovely — it felt so safe, quiet and welcoming throughout our stay. There’s a great little playground within the community which the children loved, and the whole area had a very peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere. The hosts were absolutely amazing. They were always at the end of the phone whenever we needed anything — friendly, helpful and incredibly responsive. When the weather cooled in our second week and the pool became a little cold, we asked about turning on the pool heat and it was arranged immediately without any fuss. We also had a small issue with the jacuzzi, and as soon as we contacted the host they sent someone out straight away — it was fixed within a day. Their level of care and attention really stood out. The pool area was a huge hit with the kids, and the adults loved it just as much.
