Emerald Stays Ooty by VOYE HOMES - Italian Luxury near Ooty Emerald Lake

Location of property is very good but value for money is not there , issue with water on both days we had to wait almost hour to freshen up. I paid almost double compare to what should be as per srvice

Prices need to be re consider as it is not value for money

It was really a great location and mesmerising view point. Food was really tasty .

Lack of maintenance. They could have maintain gardening and surrounding neat and clean. Food served really late. If you have habit of eating on time then you should order min 3 hours before .

Only property location I liked, remaining everything is very bad experience

Property not clean, bed and bathrooms are not cleaned, bed sheet and pillow cover are used one, bed was very dusty, bathroom was dirty and smelled,breakfast quantity is not enough for family, only they provide 2 idli for 1 person,
