Schöne Lage, nicht weit zum Deich und zum Leuchtturm, auch das Zentrum ist gut erreichbar. Alles da was man im Alltag braucht. Sauber, ordentlich, gemütlich. Ausreichend Stellplätze am Haus, jeder ist einer Wohnung zugewiesen. Tolle Aussicht ins Grüne, komfortable Ausstattung, super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und, das ist das Wichtigste überhaupt, sehr freundliche und kommunikative Gastgeber.

Die Dachfenster müssten einmal gewartet werden, sie sind sehr schwergängig. Und uns hat die verglaste Wohnungstür ein wenig gestört, man hat ein wenig das Gefühl beobachtet zu werden wenn jemand vorbei geht. Das ist aber eine subjektive Sache. Andererseits macht die Tür den Flur hell und freundlich...
