Albion Cottage central Falmouth with parking and 10 minutes to the beach

What a gem... beautiful little cottage in laid-back lovely Falmouth. Well equipped and laid out and with easy access to town and beaches. Bonus points for being round the corner from the very excellent Provedore Bar on the Hill. Perfect for a couple of days RnR with friends

Hard to find any faults. We were fine with it but others might struggle with hills and steep stairs.

The code to access the property was wrong , we had been sent an email but it hadn't been received before we arrived, phoned the agent who was helpful It would have been useful to have 2 keys there were 3 of use staying, 2 of us came home earlier and couldn't lock the door when we went to bed, so had to leave it unlocked for the 3rd to get in. Maybe some condiments salt and pepper would have been nice

Very clean and comfortable. Milk in the fridge was appreciated. Parking right next to the door. Location very good and very quiet. Owner solved any problems very quickly. One of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed in.

Needs an extractor in the bathroom.

A small 2 seat sofa and chair in the lounge area, not very comfortbale. Another sofa would have been nice. The bed covers in the 2nd room didnt fit!
