THE SETAI 5 STARS HOTEL-RESIDENCE MIAMI BEACH OCEANVIEW 2 Bedroom UNIQUE

Beautiful resort. There were some issues with check in and other things within the facility but did not allow that to stop our fun. The property was beautiful and the staff was amazing. Very clean, high alert, and customer service was great at the restaurants in the resort. Our Concierge Gad was able to help to the best of his abilities and provided a resolution that I was able to accept. Very satisfied.

It was 1st class hotel looking to come back. Looking to come back to Hotel if there is any special deals in the summer.

The view and location of hotel was nice

Several broken parts to the property, overcharged deposit for check in, left phone charger item and never returned, asked for a check out past 11 am to take a video meeting call but wasn’t allowed and cleaning crew didn’t get there until 1pm. Cable /tv didn’t work in the master bedroom!! Book directly from the Setai!!!!

Setai as a resort is very nice, upscale. Restaurant ocean grill was very nice for lunch with ocean view and good service. The apartment had an amazing view south and west with vies of the beach and amazing sunset. The apartment is very spacious. service and beach and pool was very good which we used every day. The property manager is a very nice guy and responds almost immediately.

Firstly, make sure you are aware that there is a resort fee of $305 (after taxes) per day that will be added to your bill. I was unaware when booking which upset me for sure. The apartment is a little dated and worn, not the luxury I was expecting although still nice. The lights in the bathroom were flashing on and off and i could not turn them off all night so had to sleep with door closed in master (never got fixed). AC could not be turned off and was blasting at 59 degrees first day but an engineer came up and fixed it (he couldn't figure it out either for 20 minutes) - once he fixed it it was fine after that. The pillows are not very comfortable and some of the furniture seems little worn. Kitchen was little Ikea'ish. Maybe i am being overly critical b/c i just expected a more luxury apt in the setai. We loved our trip but wont be back to the setai.

Location on south beach excellent. Setai is a guarantee of service and top quality. The residence is breathtaking. Floor to ceiling windows, large patio, sea views. Kitchen well equipped. Common areas super comfortable with latest tv technology. Absolutely a jewel. There is no other place to stay for me in Miami. WOW what a find!
