The house is beautiful, clean and brilliant with an amazingly central location and view of the city!

The balcony was a treat!

The property manager, Ilaria, was wonderful. She was friendly, accommodating, and efficient. She always responded immediately to my texts and did everything she could to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. We adored the view from the apartment. There was a glorious panorama from every window and the terrace. It was the first thing we saw in the morning and the last thing we marveled at each night. We ate all our meals there, in awe of the beauty. You see both the ancient town and the fabulous landscape from every window. I could even enjoy it from the big beautiful glass shower each morning, soaping up with a view of the medieval bell tower of San Francesco in sight. What a way to start the day! It was definitely the best view we've ever had from any apartment we've rented. We are so sad to leave. We wish we could stay forever! Thank you, Ilaria, for everything. We hope to return some day in the not too distant future for another dose of beauty and hospitality.

Nothing - we loved everything!!

The host is very attentive to the small and very useful things that makes the stay relaxing and comfortable. The panoramic view from the balkony is really gorgeous.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator. If you are not afraid of this, go for it - the place is really good.

Nice apartment on the edge of the historic centre, within walking distance of the main sights, but also of the mini metro and the Rocco Paolina with the escalator to the lower city. The apartment has a lovely terrace with beautiful views of the city. The reason for this view is that it is located on the top floor of the building (which has no lift). Also in the apartment you will have to climb two relatively tight spiral stairs to get to the living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Not a problem for us, but something to take into account.

The furnishings and facilities are quite basic, which caused us to occasionally look for something that wasn’t there. Strangely enough, the right side of the mattress was harder than the left side.

The apartment is great. It's divided into three levels, with a terrace offering an incredible view of Perugia and the surrounding countryside. It's located downtown and just a two-minute walk from the minimetro station. The train station is a bit further from the old city, so the minimetro makes it easy to get around. The host was exceptional. Always ready to assist.

Location is great, beautiful balcony and view. Well equipped kitchen and supply of everything you need. Helpful and friendly host.

Could be cleaner in some areas.

Everything was perfect. My only concern is that I couldn't stay longer. The pictures are 100% accurate. Great place too study and finish up an online course. Close to the center.

We were limited to one set of keys. But this is nothing major considering the quality of the place.
