Private Pool Villa Retreat NAMU new one-bedroom 6unit

Die Raumaufteilung und das Ambiente an sich war nicht schlecht.

Vieles hat uns leider nicht gefallen. Zum einen war es katastrophal für uns, dass unser Poolbereich zu keinem Zeitpunkt Sonne bekommt. Wir konnten dadurch nicht einmal in den Pool steigen, wir hatten einfach keine Sonne, weil alles mit hohen Bäumen umgeben war. Niemals Villa 13 akzeptieren!!! Des Weiteren hatten wir nicht wirklich eine Privatsphäre in unserem Poolbereich. Man konnte vom benachbarten „Restaurant“ hineingucken, da wir in Villa 13 waren (warum auch immer). Darüber hinaus war die Ausstattung absolut nicht komfortabel. Die Toilettentür blieb andauernd hängen, das Sofa vor dem Fernseher war mega ungemütlich, die Außentür war schwierig zu verschließen. Wir waren 5 Nächte dort und unsere Villa wurde nicht 1x gereinigt. Unser Pool war zudem auch noch andauernd dreckig, auch wenn wir ihn nicht genutzt haben. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist dementsprechen eine Frechheit. 100 Euro pro Nacht für Lombok Verhältnisse und so eine Ausstattung? Lächerlich. Das Frühstück sollte besser als „nicht vorhanden“ angegeben werden. Ich mache keine Witze: Man bekommt ein „handflächengroßes“ Croissant und einen Kaffee, das wars. Ich übertreibe nicht, wirklich genau so. Die Rezeption ist zudem sehr oft nicht besetzt gewesen, wenn man Anliegen hatte, hat man oft niemanden gerufen. Die Rezeption ist auch nur bis 17 Uhr anwesend.

La vil·la privada era espectacular, detalls molt ben cuidats i molt net tot. Cistell de benvinguda. A mes, la zona és tranquil·la i ens ha agradat.

En general, tot ens ha encantat i hi tornaríem, però sí que es cert que hi havia varies persones del personal amb un nivell d’anglès limitat i això dificultava la comunicació. Tot i així, hi tornaríem!

The villa is beautiful and has everything you need! Maintenance is also spot on. We absolutely loved it. But the best part of all is the staff, adorable, professional, and truly exceptional. This place wouldn’t be the same without them!

Nice villa with private pool. Inside the villa was small chill living area and a kitchen with kitchen island. The kitchen was well equipped. Friendly and happy staff always ready to help. Also it was very quiet and peaceful. One time our villa was really well cleaned!

The villa is not as “New” as the title mentions but still beautiful. There were lots of worms inside & outside in the pool. The Staff mentioned it’s because the rain, it’s okay we understand but it would’ve been nice it would be cleaned even more then. It says they would clean the pool every morning but was not really the case. So we didn’t use the pool a lot. 2 times the villa was not so good cleaned, and the one time they’d forget some things, the other time other things. It’s okay though, it’s small things! The second last day of our stay we got a sponge in our kitchen 😅. Overall good stay though, we stayed 14 nights.

•AC in the bedroom works ok •Water pressure is a joke and very bad •Villa is overpriced •Street to the villa are bumpy and horrible to drive •The staff texted me that the electricity needed to be fixed and I walked out and people are inside the villa without our permission!! •Entry to the villa (door) is way to low and everybody can look inside •The wooden privacy protection is basically see through… •Door in the villa are a pain in the a** to lock with the key •Big gaps between the 2 doors when they are closed •just beanbags and no sunbeds
