"The property needs a deep clean and refurbished."

The location

The walls and fixtures were very grubby: The property needed to be repainted and a deep clean. The bedlinen was very creased, smelled unpleasant/ unwashed and of very poor quality. Some of the visitors were bitten in the night by bed bugs.
