City Centre Town House with City Views and Free Parking 7FSBI

Great location, easy walk to city centre. Clean and tidy little town house.

Nothing of real note. It has a small courtyard garden to the rear and the front area could do with a weeding but for the purpose of our visit that was absolutely not an issue.

Very clean inside and comfortable. Modern furnishings. Very central for exploring York. Lovely flame effect fire which made the living room very cosy at night.

The front garden looked quite untidy with weeds . No cushions outside for the furniture so even though it was sunny we couldn’t sit outside . No kitchen Roll which would have been useful . Only one hand towel provided for 3 people . Only one tea towel and only two dish washer tablets provided.

The location was wonderful - close to town centre and yet still quiet, and very near the Hop On Hop Off bus route. Parking was a definite bonus and the house was equipped with everything we needed for a short stay.

The property had everything that we needed, it was clean and in an excellent location with free parking. The owner was there to greet us and hand over the keys as well as a welcome pack.

Met at the time planned no issues. Owner was very professional and made us welcome.

Great location close to the Barbican. Clean and nicely furnished. Lovely big television which was great for the Olympics. Nice to be offered a later 10.30am checkout

Property would benefit from a dressing table or an area to do hair/makeup etc. Rear access to the property would have been helpful for loading and unloading car but def not a deal breaker.
