USLocation is decent, indeed it was quiet, has plenty of space with 3 bedrooms. The host is very polite and respectful in communications.
The place is very basic, and you must read all the fine print. The house itself is an old fixer-upper that was converted into three rental units, so expect to bump into other people. There is no AC, and all the beds are full-size. There is no soap, and for the plate washing supplies, there is only a sponge. Everything is basic. One of the beds has a mattress still wrapped in plastic, very inconvenient. All the mattresses are soft foam type, really cheap, I'd strongly not recommend if you have any back issues. No iron, no hairdryer. Though the communications were very polite, they were disorganized. - The host contacted me two weeks in advance, warning that I hadn't paid for the stay. This was not in the listing or the rental terms on the site. I was provided a link and asked to pay in advance, which is also not how it is spelled on the property page. - I was not automatically provided check-in instructions. The host asked if I got them, and after my response, provided screenshots of the instructions. No information about the specific unit I'm staying in was provided. - Only at the property, I found out there are 3 units, so I bumped into other tenants and then had to call the host asking which unit is mine and how to get to it. All in all, I'd look for other options if I knew these details.
