The Majestic Malacca Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels of the World

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was super nice, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff at breakfast service were very professional as well. Highly recommend this hotel for the excellent service and hospitality!

Room was beautiful and also comfortable - had everything I needed; there was a great choice at breakfast, and staff were helpful; the hotel is by the river and you can work along the river path to get into the town centre.

Everything was great - there was nothing I didn't like.

写了邮件投诉到现在两个月没有任何回复，我不太理解这家酒店怎么得到现在这个评价的。没有任何满意的地方。

1. 清洁人员扔掉了我桌子上的东西，但是洗漱台上撕开的面膜壳却还在；2. 没有提前告知洗衣服务需要通知前台；3. 早晨不断被铃声吵醒，至少三次，而我八九点回到房间时，房间却仍然没有被打扫。

Big shout out for Arwin on reception, excellent manner and always willing to help.

The fact you had to climb a flight of stairs for breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They bent over backwards to help me with my coeliac dietary needs too. Very polite and can't fault them.

Lovely accommodation, friendly staff, nice pool to return to. Food excellent.
