HUIt was not the first time and not the last time I stayed in this condo. The location, the building, the pool and the connected shopping mall made my stay comfortable. The condo has a brand new A/C, which is very important detail in Manila.

The charge for an access card. This should be factored into the room charge as it is illogical to have to pay an additional fee for entry to a facility that has been paid rental!

Facilities, access requirements and expense of same, bathroom unclean, smell on arrival, Tv didn't work because of cabilnd problems, no local service to enable problems to be resolved quickly, unsafe cooking facilities, furniture in need of repair, small room for 4 people etc

GBThe room was well suited for what we needed it for. It was clean and the location was good. It was nice to have access to the pool and Netflix. The hosts were friendly and helpful over WhatsApp.
Access to the building is a bit complicated, one person has to submit a passport picture for an ID card to be printed. This can only be used by that person for the lifts and the amenities like the pool and gym. As I was checking out earlier than my friends due to an earlier flight, this wasn’t very convenient and they were not able to use the pool or gym once I had left, despite having paid for this. We also had to pay a fee for the printing of the card which was not made clear when booking. The room also not able to be locked from the outside, as the key didn’t work. When I enquired about this it was confirmed that it can only be locked from the inside. This wasn’t ideal as we didn’t really want to leave our valuables unlocked in the room so couldn’t really leave.

DO NOT leave you luggage downstairs.... I have spent 1 hour waiting for the lifts to to down one floor. this is not the fault of the property, but the building managers.
FRNous avons bien aimé l’appartement, la literie, la salle de bain et l’emplacement. La piscine est un plus.
Un peu plus de propreté n’aurais pas fait de mal, de la poussière à droite à gauche. L’odeur était abominable, quand on est rentré pour la première fois dans la chambre cela nous a surpris, c’était irrespirable. Nous avons alerté les propriétaires qui ont réagi mais une personne est juste venue, fait couler de l’eau avec du savon dans les évacuations. Ça n’a rien changé, la propriétaire a dit qu’ils allaient investiguer après notre départ. Sauf que, après avoir lu les commentaires sur le logement on voit bien que c’est un problème qui ne date pas d’hier… Pourquoi ne pas avoir réagi avant ? Nous avons dû acheté du spray de lavande pour pouvoir rendre le logement supportable. Si vous louez ce logement, regardez bien les photos, il y a des coûts cachés !! Ajoutez +5€ au prix total. Une fois que c’est loué, ils vous envoient un msg pour vous prévenir. Bref, c’est un non pour nous.
