Location is ideal for the town and Supermercado and bars and restaurants.

Bed was too small for us. This studio was by no means DELUXE. The owner has tried to supply everything you might need for your stay, and there was plenty of stuff, but the studio is dreary. Cleaning could have been better. Unfortunately we had a noisy neighbour who around 10pm every night was talking loudly - we think she was on the phone - and this went on for a couple hours. We tolerated it for 4 nights and then went and stayed elsewhere at our own cost. Came back for our last 2 nights. It's not the owners fault -

Location and price. A very quiet apartment. Nice little balcony. Had everything we needed. Owner gave all the information we needed for access.

The towels could do to be replaced. There is no where to hang towels in the bathroom. The heat from air con unit wasnt constant so we struggled with the temperature inside the apartment.

El sitio estaba en obras, aunque no nos impidió disfrutar de las instalaciones. El HDMI de la televisión no se podía utilizar porque lo tapaba el soporte de la tele.

Location was good. Supermercado was round the corner. Rather good private park with pool. Electronic key for this area. Appr.20 min walk to beaches through Paloma park and same appr. 20 min. to train station. Easy to go to Malaga , vicinities and to airport. Nearby Tiny nice center of town with many bars. The Owner / Manager of the aparts was very helpful and communicative. Free room conditioner + free security deposit box. Good kitchen facilities and many useful items including coffee and water on our late night arrival. We got second key on request to Manager. Communication by WhatsApp was very easy. Our apart AGATA 212 was rather good.

Some furthiture should be improved. We do not believe that the sofa is good for stated possibility of 3rd person. No bed lamps. We were lucky with quiet neighbours, and also we had kind of park view. We recommend to communicate with The Owner / Manager in advance to clarify details of aparts: view? stage. We got the room number only at the moment of payment confirmation and realized that it was second floor only. It seems higher stages could be better, because lifts are OK. Sunbeds at the pool 2 EUR per day. There are 4 large hotels using one private park and pool. At this period the area was not overcrowded. We are not sure about another periods and various kinds of rooms.
