"My stay was disappointing."

The maintenance man was very nice and the second person who installed the blinds. Great people.

We could not control the thermostat. That’s ridiculous. The prior and still existing damages to the property that were not fixed. Bathrooms that need fixing. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and with how cold it was in the villa you’d expect better everything. Never Ever staying in Mauna Lani. I shouldn’t have to do laundry when I paid $485 for a departure cleaning fee. Not to mention the dirty dishes. Fire the cleaners and try anyone else.
