We felt right at home here. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The bathroom was large and modern. The eat in kitchen was very well stocked. I appreciated the Nesspresso, washing machine and dishwasher. A very generous and thoughtful welcome box was left. All correspondence was answered extremely fast and very friendly and efficiently. We felt very looked after. One of our favourite swimming spots was within walking distance of the house

The promotional photos gave the impression that the property was a lot more up market than it was.

La posizione della casa è magnifica! Le foto pubblicate corrispondono esattamente alla realtà (naturalmente la vista dal vivo supera le aspettative). La parte esterna, con ampi spazi, offre una bellissima veduta oltre a essere accogliente, riservata e tranquilla. Ideale per trascorrere ottime serate davanti ad un panorama da cartolina, veramente entusiasmante. Nella parte interna c'è tutto quanto possa dare confort. Il proprietario ed il suo staff sono stati molto disponibili per ogni esigenza. Poiché siamo arrivati piuttosto tardi di sera, ci ha particolarmente e piacevolmente colpito nell'accoglienza, il piccolo kit di benvenuto che conteneva tutto quanto necessario prima di disfare le valige o supplire a qualche dimenticanza: acqua fresca in frigorifero in abbondanza, birre, qualcosa per cenare oltre a detersivi, saponi, dentifricio, carta ecc.. Un vero senso di accoglienza e attenzione per gli ospiti. Il mare e cristallino e incantevole ovunque nell'arcipelago (per chi già non lo conoscesse).

A charming villa that opens onto beautiful terraces where you can soak up the peaceful atmosphere of nature while enjoying complete privacy. The house is located within “Consorzio Piras”, equipped with a private beach (residents only) with a lovely small dock, perfect for sunbathing. We really enjoyed our stay and we can see why it was highly rated by other guests as well. Nothing is left to chance. Every detail of the interiors, from color scheme to furniture placing, is carefully designed to inspire a sense of harmony, integrating aesthetic appeal with functionality. The owner is available for any request, sharing useful tips and insights on the local area. Fabiana was the nicest host and took great care of us throughout our very pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

Badezimmer schön, Dusche ist ebenfalls gut zu bewerten, das war es dann aber auch. Aussicht ist gut.

Extrem modriger Geruch! Bettwanzen?! Klimaanlage vorhanden, jedoch unbrauchbar, da immer der Strom ausfällt. Geschirr teilweise dreckig mit Essensresten. Aussichtslage ist umsonst da massives Mückenproblem dort herrscht. Ameiseninvasion…. Klimaanlagen nur im Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Man hat sich mit der Einrichtung Mühe gegeben, und versucht einiges zu kaschieren. Matratzen schlecht. Wir sind trotz Bezahlung früher abgereist und haben uns ein Hotel genommen.

no air con, fans we’re ok but noisy. linen needs updating, it was a little rough to sleep on.
