Its location and the swimming pool. Close to all amenities. The swimming pool is large and nice. The kitchen is well equipped.

The master bedroom and its en-suite bathroom. The room has two queen beds which occupy most of the space. The air conditioning was not properly maintained. It did not cool the room even the temperature setting was at the lowest. The bidet in the bathroom was damaged and leaked. The sink pipe has problem with the water flow make it difficult even to brush teeth. There is no railing or hook to hang towel inside the bathroom.The bathroom has a very large window which left open without safety grill and ventilation fan. The floor mate outside the bathroom door was slippery and did not absord water. The downstairs room very smelly and humid. The house is a double storey terrace Every room in the house has 1 queen bed and 1 single bed so the space in every room is tight. There is no side table to put any personal things. The kitchen utensils need to upgrade to cater for large group.

It is spacious and sufficient

Bathroom is dirty and birds entering the bathroom. A lot of red ant. Pool observed dead cockroaches during our arrival.

Location is convenient, close to convenience store, laundry service, cafe, terengganu central area. 4 rooms in total with different bed configurations suitable for our 3 generation family, up to 13 pax (or even more if u don't mind the living room for sleep ) There's microwave over, washing machine, cookware, swing, pool and even carom board. TV is connected to Netflix and YouTube for chilling out with family.

Water flow in second floor toilet attached to room with 2 queen beds were relatively low. Nonetheless, there are 4 toilets here in total so it is enough to cover for the abovementioned point :)
