Both bathroom smell bad from the drain There were either mice or a cat in the attic - this made sleeping impossible. The common drain of the block runs right on top of the kitchen so when other apartments use the toilet you hear it and know it because it’s on your head.

Bellissimo appartamento molto spazioso con tutti i confort (lavatrice,micronde,macchina per caffe, connessione wi-fi). Abbastanza vicino alle torri del serrano e parco turia.

The hosts were friendly and responsive, easy to communicate with upon arrival, giving us clear and easy directions on collecting the keys. The location of the apartment is great, within walking distance from old historic centre and the Turia park, there are also plenty of bus stops & a tram stop very close by. The groceries store is only a few doors down the street, which is very practical. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment spacious & clean.

To make the apartment more fresh and enjoyable some spots could be repainted white, also the showers only had the top (static) head functioning, which was not the most practical with small kids. There was a bit of noise from top neighbours and from the street during the night, however, altogether it is a quiet neighbourhood.
