1.Defective smoke alarm bleeped every 30 seconds & was not fixed 2.TV did not work 3.Wi-Fi did not work Password on router did not work 4.No instructions or info 5. All items very basic 6. Rain shower dribbled & waste blocked & overflowed 7. Beds comes & uncomfortable 8.No covers on spare pillows 9. Very busy road 10. Poor communication 11. When it rained downpipe broken & ran noisily into balcony

It was in a good location for Harry Potter Studios.

The cleaning wasn’t up to standards when we visited this property. There were food stains in the cupboards, dust, toothpaste marks in the bathroom cupboards and white marks on the furniture. We also only had one lot of spare pillows for the beds which had no pillow cases on them. The wifi was not great so we had to use our mobile data. There was also no plug in the sink (in the kitchen) so we could not wash the dishes easily. Lastly, on the booking it said that there was a sofa bed, but when we arrived there was a different couch to the one of the advertised images - and we could not figure out how to open it into a bed (if you could at all).

So informative by the people who ran the property, Great value for money. Great location

The only thing is that it was quite warm within the apartment!

A nice, spacious flat, secure car park, 2 good, big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and lots of utensils in the kitchen. It's quiet and local area friendly. Communication from the hosts excellent from the start

Lovely apartment, very clean and everything you need. Rooms big and spacious. Would definitely book again.

The bed in the ensuite was uncomfortable, but beds are a personal preference. We found it uncomfortable, others may find it to their taste.

Great play to stay whilst visiting Wembley to see the red and wizards get promoted to the premier league!

The apartment was perfect for a short stay in Watford, so close to HP World which was the reason we were there but also close to everything in Watford centre

Not a bad point towards the booking but Google maps takes you to the wrong apartment block! 😂 Use Waze! Big shout out to the owner for talking through where to go when I was a few doors down at 2100hrs, they were the biggest help!
