BEACH VALENCIA LUXURY B7-23 Apartment with terrace and sea views

El apartamento era muy cómodo, limpio y una terraza muy grande

Necesitas llave electrónica para entrar en el parking, para la piscina, para el ascensor y solo te dan una. Si vas en grupo no podéis separaros. Además falla bastante. Sobre todo la del parking. El ultimo día tienes que abandonar las instalaciones a las 11:00 sin posibilidad de poder disfrutarlas hasta la tarde.

Multiple points! See below! Apartment was not as in the pictures here- perhaps they have more than one. Collected keys from restaurant 10min away. When I went to collect the keys I was told there was a 50euro deposit. This was the first mention of this even though I had been in contact with the host that day. No mention of this in any of the booking documents. I did not have 50 euro cash, so she confiscated the wristbands for the pool!! Very disappointing considering we were travelling with a 1 year old baby and the apartment was overlooking the pool. We also paid extra for an apartment with a pool which we were unable to use because we didn’t have the cash available. We requested a cot when we booked. This was not in the room when we arrived. It took numerous calls/texts to get it organised and it arrived just after baby’s bed time. Very stressful! There were no clear instructions about how to get to apartment which was a bit confusing. The cooker was not working. There was no hot water in the kitchen. All very disappointing considering we paid extra for these things while travelling with a baby.

Lovely apartment , good facilities , sea view with lovely balcony and bus into city a few mins walk 2 supermarkets and a small cafe/ bar in the lobby .

An "about "guide would have been helpful . No WiFi passo3rd and I couldn't get the tv to work.

The location was great, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was great

There were no instructions for the keys, parking entrance and exit also the parking key/chip wasn't working fine at the entrance reader.

Location was amazing and the apartment was well equipped with things to make the stay comfortable.

There was no hot water for the whole duration of our 4 day stay . We could not get a shower so it was very disappointing . . The owner sent a mechanic over who could not fix the problem for us . They have said they would credit me back 30% of my over all cost . . This is agreeable as spoilt my holiday with my daughter .

It's a clean, basic, quiet apartment across the street from the beach and it has a nice view of the beach. The enormous ground floor of the building looks like an abandoned shopping mall from 1993, but imagine it's at night so all the stores are closed and the lights are off, which some guests may find amusing (others may find this spooky).

Host didn’t communicate any of the check-in details in advance of the arrival date which was confusing and stressful. She also didn’t communicate any instructions regarding checkout. The cleaning lady gave us the key when she let us in the apartment half an hour late. The front desk guys are very rude; they refused to let us leave our luggage there for a couple hours before check-in even though there was a ton of space, and they refused to let us drop off the apartment key at the front desk when we were departing; we didn’t want to lock the key in the apartment (the door locks behind you) because we were told there was only one key. No wifi info is in the room, nor any other instructions like most vacation rental hosts usually leave for guests in the apartment; you’ll have to text Mayra on WhatsApp (using Google Translate) for every single question you have. The total lack of communication and hospitality made us not feel very welcome. We're going to stay at one of the other nearby vacation rentals next time.
