Cozy apartment with everything you need

Thank you very much for the accommodation! It was cozy and pleasant to stay. The apartment is clean, bright, and very well-equipped - everything is there and even more. The kitchen has convenient utensils and all the necessary appliances, which made our stay very comfortable. Everything is thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail. The location is also great — with easy access to a shop and a restaurant just nearby. The meeting was warm and friendly. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

the apartment was spacious and comfortable, we particularly enjoyed the conditioners in each room, since it was such a heat outside! the host was friendly and helpful :)

the only thing we would recommend is to leave more fresh bedsheets for the guests. we slept separately with my mom, and the second set of bedsheets did not look the newest.

Location and space

Slightly tired and in need of a smarten up

A lovely apartament in the excellent location, well equipped, spacious and comfortable.

When we arrived there was a big problem with the shower (clogged drain and shower head), fortunately it was solved quickly after we contacted the agency :)

Contact with the host was really good. There was someone waiting to give us they keys. The flat was in quiet and nice area of the city. Walking distance to the Prato della Valle, where you could catch a tram. From the street nearby you could also take a bus. There was bigger Spar store also close by, as well as some restaurants. The flat was equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, all the kitchen appliances. Also had balcony and elevator which for some is a big plus. TV and internet was working without issues. We had no issues with warm water. The flat also had AC, but we never used it. Was quite chilly the first days of our stay, so I was glad that the radiators were actually still working. Overall, a lot of potential.

Issues I saw other guests mentioned already before in the reviews, but nothing changed: 1. Shower head is useless, completely damaged and not working anymore. 2. Shower drain is definately clogged + the hole is too small, so you are standing in a pond - it's just not hygenic. 3. There was no soap in the bathroom, not mentioning shower gel etc + only 2 rolls of paper for a week. Same goes for kitchen essentials like sugar, coffee water - some other things were in the cupboards, but from previous guests. Open, used and not sure how old. 4. The vaccum cleaner was full and really stinky. We wanted to clean in the middle of our stay but it was just impossible. The things nobody mentioned before: 1. The dishwasher and wasching machine were there, but there were only two tabs for dishwasher provided. The rest we had to buy. Both machines smelled like they were not cleaned for a long time. I was hesitant to use them. 2. In both closets there were some sheets, pillows etc, but not clean and not looking usable. 3. In the middle of our stay I started hearing water dripping in the closet on the corridor. Turned out water boiler was dripping. The water marks were old, so this was not a new issue. 4. Towards the end of our stay, when there was more sun coming through the bathroom window, I saw that whole corner of the bathroom + under the window is covered with black mold. Because of poor lighting and dark wall color, it was almost not visible, only from up close. Someone tried to get rid of it - the spots looked faded - so it shows that managing crew is aware of the problem. The bathroom has no ventilation, so it's not surprising. So despite all the bright sides, there were many downsides of this flat.. I can only hope my opinion will help to improve it for future tourists in beautiful Padova!
