Posizione eccellente

Appartamento carino,posizione invidiabile ma sporco ed oltremodo polveroso ,mio figlio ,asmatico ed allergico , ha sofferto più di tutti noi . Consiglio al proprietario di investire una piccola parte del guadagno in personale delle pulizie ..facilitando il lavoro magari eliminando i tappeti ..la pulizia sopra ogni cosa .

"Appartamento affascinante in pieno centro storico"

Casa affascinante con una camera matrimoniale soppalcata e il terrazzino veramente di grande impatto. Posizione vicinissima al duomo e quindi in pieno centro storico.

La luce nel pianerottolo non funzionava.

Camera da letto fantastica e dalle generose dimensioni. Avere il terrazzino in camera da letto con una visuale simile é veramente un bel plus. Cucina arredata di tutto e di più.

Unica pecca il lucernario che ha la tenda che non scende quindi se siete abituati a dormire al buio questo può essere un limite.
