Riad SWAN-exclusif - Piscine chauffée - Petit déjeuner

Riad magnifique bien entretenu par Mansouri qui nous a préparé de bon petit déjeuner. Ce Riad est également bien situé géographiquement.

Nous n'avons pas pu déposer nos valises avant midi. Par deux fois nous n'avons pas pu déjeuner car l'heure prévu était trop tardive et nous devions partir pour des excursions. Le SPA ne fonctionne pas. Il n'y a qu'un seul petit bassin sur la terrasse et non une piscine (on ne peut pas nager juste se rafraichir)

Riad, and it was a truly lovely experience. The space was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere—but what made our stay truly unforgettable was Oumaima. From the moment we arrived, Oumaima went above and beyond to make us feel completely at home. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made such a difference. Each morning, she prepared a delicious and varied breakfast with so much thought and love—it was the perfect start to our day. Oumaima, thank you for your incredible hospitality. You are the heart of this Riad, and you truly made our stay special. We’re so grateful to have met you!

The location itself is quite peaceful and has a lot of charm. However, guests should be aware that the hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the main road, and this isn't clearly explained ahead of time. Taxis often drop you on the wrong side, which can leave you feeling lost and frustrated—especially if you're unfamiliar with the area. Unfortunately, our experience was made worse by the lack of support from the host, Khalid. He was not helpful when we needed assistance, and we found his communication lacking. When I asked for help arranging a taxi to Buddha Bar, I was quoted a price nearly four times higher than a standard fare. Another time, my daughter and I were dropped off in the wrong location again. I called Khalid in distress, and although he briefly appeared and told the driver where to go, he left us alone, and the driver ended up charging us double. Sadly, I felt unsupported and even taken advantage of. With more transparency and better guest service from Khalid, this could have been a much more enjoyable stay.

One of the aircons wasn’t cool enough. Apart from this, our stay was lovely. Omaima was very helpful. She did great!

Petit dejeuner et suivie par message avant notre arrivée jusque à la remise des cles et du tour du ryad avec les explications. Le Ryad est vraiment à cote de la place DJENA EL FNA à 10 minutes de marche. PAS BESOIN DE LOUER DE VOITURE SI VOTRE SEJOUR EST QUE SUR MARRAKECH CAR LA STATION DE TAXI EST A 3 minutes à pieds.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming Riad. The property was spotless throughout, clearly maintained with care, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from all the major sights yet peaceful and quiet inside. A special mention must go to the housekeeping staff, who greeted us every morning with a warm smile and made sure we were well looked after. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out. Thank you for making our Marrakesh visit so memorable. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was soooo good! The rooms were very comfortable. It felt nice being able to get the authentic Moroccan experience at this property. The hosts Omaima and Khalid were absolutely lovely.
