Great central location and value for money Bed were very comfortable

Tv or Wi-Fi didn’t really work Issue with check in Fairly basic kitchen equipment Some small repairs need doing

The location is right next to railway, great if you are coming by train, but noisy. the the apartment was clean

the apartment is first floor and accessed via communal entrance reminded me of a student apartment, everything was a bit loose door handles, light switches, furniture and bathroom fittings etc

Perfect location, clean and comfortable

Needed a bit of maintenance, bathroom door handle was hanging off and one of the windows in one of the bedrooms was rattling. Just a minor complaint though as they are easily fixed

The property was very central and modern.

The property needed some attention with cleaning it was quite dusty and cold as the heating was not put on for us. The property would not be suitable for people with walking difficulties because it’s 2 flights of stairs up.

Was very central. Comfy beds. Good amount of space.

Described as luxury but definitely not! Lots of DIY jobs need doing. Definite issue with tv and Wi-Fi. Very dusty (even an old tab end and someone’s contact lens and an old tshirt in the bedroom!)

The apartment was a great size, and the 3 double beds were a bonus you don't usually get anywhere else. Great location too, easy walk to wherever you want to be

The apartment does need some TLC. The bathroom door handle and the toilet seat both need replacing as they are loose. The carpet trim between the kitchen and living area is a hazard and needs sorting asap.

Location was ideal, close walk to all amenities.

The key to access the property was very tricky and it took many several attempts to remove the key from the unlocked door. Once inside we noticed a carpet trim, between the open plan living room/kitchen, was dangerously sticking up. Whilst settling in, we discovered the WiFi was supplied through a dongle and the tv would only work if we had WiFi. Sounds straightforward but it wasn’t. The following day, as part of our short weekend break, we had to buy new batteries for the tv remote in the hope we would actually be able to watch tv. On top of that, the bathroom had a bad drainage smell and inside the bathroom sink cabinet we discovered a bowl had been purposely placed to collect water dripping from the black mouldy waste pipes much to our horror. The photos on the advertisement made the apartment look perfect and pristine, hence the reason for booking but unfortunately it is in need of some love, care and attention to the maintenance and therefore would not be making any further bookings.

Location wise it's brilliant, spacious apartment ideal for a family or friends travelling together.

Bed mattress is cheap. There are no curtains in the bedrooms, windows had vertical blinds which made the room bright after sunrise.

Spacious apartment in a good location.

A number of repairs required bathroom door handle loose, carpet rod sticking up between kitchen & lounge toilet roll holder hanging off. Fridge and sink smelled also problems with the TV kept loosing signal. My mother struggled with the stairs which aren't mentioned anywhere when booking. Wardrobe in the bedroom full of spare bedding and towels and random dirty high desk chair in the room. It is definitely not luxury as stated.

The space in apartment was great and the beds where comfortable but that's as far as it goes.

When we arrived there was no parking close by and it was an extra charge on top of our stay, the property was clean to an extent however poorly maintained the carpet rod between the kitchen and the living space was detached at one side and my daughter tripped over it and got a carpet burn. The fridge was smelly like sour milk and then the bathroom was even worse smelling like sewage my mums partner looked underneath the sink were there had to have been a leak trickling into a bowl that was all mouldy, the toilet roll holder was hanging off and the door handle to the bathroom on the inside. Very disappointed and certainly not worth the price that it cost us.l
