The pool and the terrace were nice. And the location allows us to explore the north-east of Crete. The only unexpected thing was the ants invasion in the house.

Nice location, perfect to visit the North West part of Creta. Ideal for a family. Natalia was a great host and gave us very useful tips (beaches to visit, nice restaurants, etc.), this was very appreciated.

A bigger fridge and a dishwasher would be appreciated, especially for families. Also there were too many little ants for our liking (but it comes with being in nature), but Natalia was very kind and provided us with an efficient spray!

We really enjoyed our time at the property. The house is spacious and modern, just like in the photos. The view (especially from the upstairs bedroom) is amazing, you wake up to see the whole bay from your bed. We loved having our own pool, the big windows and the mosquito nets in the windows. The host Natalia was very friendly and helpful, she gave us a lot of recommendations that we used. The location was perfect for us, Elafonisi Beach was 1 hour away and Falasarna Beach about 30 minutes away, Chania also about 30 minutes. There is nothing around the house (except goats and olive orchards) but you can quickly get to a nice taverna in a village nearby or drive to Kissamos (only 10 minutes away) where there are plenty of shops, bakeries and places to eat.

The WiFi was quite patchy, sometimes it worked ok and sometimes almost not at all (we were informed by the host on arrival) and the normal signal reception was not very strong. As the property is located in the countryside, there were some insects that got inside despite the mosquito nets. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom had quite a lot of tiny ants but they were harmless. The sheets in the upstairs bedroom had a few stains on them.

Great views, amazing villa and a very nice private pool. Note, car required to avoid hiking up a road!

- The location is literally in the middle of agricultural fields but that's really nice if you want isolation and privacy. - The view to the sea was superb. The host (Natalia) is a very pleasant, helpful and polite Lady!...-:) - Overall, the place IS a very good value for money, especially if its for a 4-member family stay.

- There is no daily cleaning service, which is something that is not clearly indicated in their Booking.com page. - The main bathroom is luxurious and of high design but could have some bigger and more deep wash basin (very designous, not very comfy)...

Hospitality was good. The location is perfect. The view is excellent.

The landscape around the new building is not tidy and during wind is getting dusty and dirty. Understand the territory is under further development and construction but the open land could be covered by a land breathing net or dedicated plastic shield. The Villa interior is to be periodically cleaned or cleaning instruments to be provided, at least.
