Løkka Suites I Penthouse with Private Rooftop I 2-Bedroom with Double Queen Room & 2 Bathrooms

Instruction not clear. Communication was difficult to find out the check in procedure.

We had a very poor experience with our stay in the Bb Apartments Grünerløkka I Penthouse. Main issue was the showers didn't work. One shower was broken and the other one didn't had pressure. Very disappointing considering the price. This is a standard facility which should not be an issue. The WIFI was poor. Slow performance and television connection was delaying. No proper connection on standard channels. Communication was annoying. No answers on emails and receiving standard mails meanwhile. Very disappointing. Hopefully the agent can improve the facility (showers), WIFI performance and the communication. I would not recommend this accommodation considering the price/value.

Appartement très bien agencé et bien situé

Je n’ai pas eu d’eau chaude pendant tout mon séjour. Un problème technique peut arriver , mais l’absence complète de communication et de solution est vraiment problématique

The location

We are a family of 5. It is always difficult for us to find good appartments for 5 people. Here the beds were lovely. 1 bed was 210 cm wide. Super! They slept lovely. It is not a cheap appartment but it is truely worth it. I would definitely recommend it. It is also a nice location: you take tram 12 and you reach every important location in Oslo. The rooftop is also superb for a toast or a dessert.

The only thing I missed in the appartment was a kitchen towel

Manque d’ustensiles de cuisine, pas confortable, parties communes pas propres, pas de taies d’oreiller. Appartement totalement mansardé inadapté au delà de 4 personnes.

The apartment is in a great location and, on paper, has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Oslo. The space itself is nicely designed and has a lot of potential.

Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by a persistent and terrible smell in the apartment. I reported the issue to the host immediately upon arrival, but nothing was done to fix it throughout our stay. The odor only got worse over time, especially at night, making it very difficult for some of us to sleep. I understand that issues can happen, but the lack of response or effort to resolve the problem was truly disappointing. I communicated the issue multiple times, yet no action was taken and no compensation was offered. This lack of attention was, in my view, the biggest issue of all. It’s a shame, because the apartment and location had great potential.

Maybe I didn't read the instructions well enough, but I didn't realize it was up so many stairs! And I was little confused which apartment it was checking in. But it was lovely. A wonderful apartment. Great location. Perfect for our family of 4.

Excellent location. King beds in both bedrooms. Comfortable for 2 couples. Had a washer/dryer. Clean. Seems newly remodeled. Rooftop deck a plus.

The property manager was not responsive. There was an awful sewer smell in the apartment. The smell was not noticeable outside. There was also a flashing light, located in the hallway, that indicated (we think) that the furnace needed a new filter. It prevented us from leaving our doors open at night to get ventilation, as we kept everything open to try to mitigate the smell. I notified the property manager several times, but nothing was done about either issue. Also, fyi, this is a 4th floor walk up.

Great location. Quiet and comfortable apartment. The beds were very comfortable. Washer/dryer was great.

Occasional unpleasant odor in the apartment. The apartment was missing a couple of basics like paper towel, body wash, bath mats and sufficient towels for our group of five for three nights and they were unable to provide these until our last day. Would be helpful to have some hangers.
