Kitchen could have definitely been cleaner (example, sugar jar on counter top empty but dirty). Would have been nice to have some of the basics on arrival like coffee, tea, milk & sugar. Wooden bed sore on the back of your see legs when your getting out of bed.

Furniture felt like it was about to fall apart and not very comfortable. There was a bathroom cabinet that nearly fell on my sons head when he was about to open it. The lounge floor felt sticky and there was out of date food in the kitchen cupboards. We didn't actually stay the night and went and booked into a hotel instead.

It's only a 30 minute walk from the centre of Leeds but it does involve walking over bridges that cross motorways

The house absolutely stunk rotten was like travelling back to the 90s bath had some sort of old dried up shampoo running down the side of it.had to go out and buy air freshener to try mask the smell
