I recently stayed at this apartment and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The location was excellent, very central and convenient for exploring the city. The apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the communication with the staff was always prompt and helpful. .

I did encounter one issue during my stay – the shower had a leaking problem, most likely due to a clogged drain. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would still recommend this apartment for its great location, amenities, and management.

There was no breakfast but the pods for coffee were appreciated. Unlike some other places there was body soap and shampoo. I think that’s a must but many hosts don’t feel the same. It’s the little touches that make one feel that the host cares.

Found the space was well put together. Everything was in good working order. The apartment was tastefully decorated. The art work was appreciated. The businesses outside were friendly and very helpful. Lovely studio apartment on a very charming street.

Impossible de rejoindre les hôtes par téléphone malgré les 4 nos de téléphone qu'ils avaient indiqués !!! J'avais fait la réservation avec une adresse courriel qui n'était pas en fonction lors de mon voyage ; je voulais que le code pour ouvrir les portes nous soit envoyé sur l'adresse courriel de mon conjoint mais excessivement difficile de rejoindre les hôtes. L'appartement n'était pas encore prêt à l'heure convenue de notre arrivée.

The apartment was very comfortable and fully furnished. It was a half a mile to busses and metro lines making it easy to get around. Get the 24 hour pass which is good for most forms of transport and is only 7 euros for 24 hours. There were many tourist sites resonably close. But be prepared for lots of steep hills. The neighborhood felt safe to walk around. There were a few small markets close for groceries. The washer/dryer unit was helpful. The apartment is on the 2nd floor up a steep narrow staircase so be careful while carrying your luggage.

We had a difficult time communicating with the host. We booked through Booking.com and we were supposed to get email instructions for check-in the day of arrival. We never got that and was worried when we didn't have any response about arrival process. After settling in we made numerous requests for the wifi password as we needed to work while there. We finally got a response the 2nd day. The hair dryer didn't work and they said that a replacement would be dropped off but it never came. The biggest complaint is not the fault of the host but the alley way in front was so noisy especially at night. We were awakened at 3 am on 2 nights. If you are wanting a quiet location, this is not it.

Location was nice and it was spacious and comfortable.

The shower was difficult because it smelled bad, it overflowed and easy to flood. We also did not like that there was an extra cancellation fee for an advanced cancelation for the whole price of the stay. They also charged me extra once I already had paid.. only a few days beforehand without notice.
