ESunfortunately on the day of the arrival there was no hot water nor internet. I have immediately asked to to fix the issue but no action was taken to fix the two issues and I had spent the whole vacation having to take cold showers (hot water was available but with a pressure that was not enough to rinse the soap off) and without the possibility to remote work since the mobile connection was not strong and wifi wasnt fixed. terrible terrible experience.
