MODERNIZED Unique Huge Central Apartment On 135sqm

The apartment has great location and it’s very near AirPort Express bus 100E It has practical applicants for cooking and washing Spacious and quiet It’s good that there is a lift to apartment which is practical for people with disabilities

It is all good except if there is a toilet bowl in the second room besides shower room. But it’s fine as long as guests are mobile

The location was excellent. Near a Spar and Christmas markets. Location for public transport was excellent. We were 5 people and the size was great for so many people. Bathrooms were great.

The dishes for ex mugs and pots and pans were left dirty. The microwave was also very dirty. The bed slats in the 2nd bedroom were broken and very uncomfortable to sleep in. The additional bed also needs to be replaced because the mattress is very thin.

We were booked for early checkin, only to be told when we arrived that because the previous occupants had left it dirty it wasn't ready, a bit of communication to let us know would have been nice rather than have us standing outside on a busy street trying to get a response from the owner, we then had to find luggage storage elsewhere, not ideal after a very early start and a long journey, the apartment was way too hot and above the main tramline, these run all night, it's on a busy street so its quite noisy, the bedroom curtains don't close properly, the bathrooms layout is a bit strange with a tiny wet room and sink with one bedroom with the toilet being in the dining area, the other bathroom was large with bath and toilet then another toilet right next door, one small bath towel and one large face flannel per person is not enough for 4 days! two pairs of flip flops had been left out for us obv worn by previous occupants, this made us query the cleanliness, the tv is a bit old with no apps and all Hungarian channels not that we were expecting to watch tv much but it would be nice to unwind in the evening There is a spar supermarket downstairs which was very handy and near to numerous bars ect

Fantastic location in the heart of the city. The appartment is lovely so spacious and clean. The hosts kept us informed of everything we required throughout our stay

There was nothing we did not like

Location, size and number of toilets/ bathrooms for group of 5 people

A bit noisy because it’s located at the main street with trams

The apartment was huge, well equipped, location fantastic, very clean, we would highly recommend it, we was there for a week, our hosts were superb really good comms.

Just to be aware, the apartment is on a very busy road, and the emergency vehicles are really noisy in comparison with English emergency services. But don’t let this put you off.

Apartment is really huge, very comfortable, check in described clear and easy, as we stayed at weekend we were able to find free parking spot just in front of the entrance.
