Cosy modern cottage by the sea, heart of snowdonia

Just the location was excellent, the house was full of character in all the best aspects, was such a cosy little quiet place in Wales. The village itself full of knitting bombers and it showed. A truly charming little place in every aspect of the word. The river nearby that guides you down to the beach was truly wonderful little addition.

That our stay was so short. Only other thing I would say is if Stone Beaches aren't your thing, that would be the only drawback

The cottage was well equipped in the kitchen. Very cosy.

The bedrooms could go with some blackout blinds to help sleeping.

We had an amazing time....location for us was good, we had a car to get about,but also there's a local train station within walking distance.

The cleanliness was very poor, behind all doors there was dust or spider webs, and I had to wipe the door inside and outside of the fridge. We also smelled dog and found a big ball of dog hair in the lounge. I wanted to mop the kitchen floor but the mop wasn't worth using. I went out and purchased dettol spray to use on the worktops and toilet.

The hosts left so many nice touches around the house. The kitchen was well stocked; they left tarts, tea and milk for us. The beds are very comfortable and the cottage is in a perfect location. Will definitely be back!!
