I had such a lovely stay at this beautiful place, the host Mrs, R. such an amazing, super friendly host, with excellent communications, and can't thank her enough for her kindness and accommodating that I arrived very late,'' very sorry'' ,she made sure we had excellent stay, from the kindness to super size room, that was big, warm and well organised, the bed was super comfy and had excellent sleep. The bathroom was spotless clean, excellent pressure warm water shower. Thank you very very much for your kindness and great hospitality and such an amazing place to stay. Definitely coming back again. Have a lovely day..

Location

Het ligt op een handige plek, 20 minuten lopen naar een havenstadje. The white horse is een aanrader voor dineren. Vriendelijke gastvrouw.

Het bed was vreselijk: te dun matras. Bovendien relatief smal bed met een houten rand waar je tegenaan botste omdat het matras lager lag.

Location was perfect. Was so peaceful . The owner was so welcoming she couldn’t do enough for us

There was no lock on our room, the room it’s actually inside the house, the bathroom lock didn’t work which is in the main house, the kettle was difficult to use, short lead, not cordless. The side entrance was very dark so had to use our torches to get access to our room from the outside . No privacy, as the hosts could access our room .

Wij verbleven hier 2 nachten de lokatie was prachtig en dichtbij het strand.De gastheer en vrouw waren zeer gastvrij en wij kregen bij aankomst heerlijk zelfgemaakte pruimentaart! Bedankt .

Wij hadden alleen niet verwacht dat onze ruime kamer in het huis van de familie zou zitten. Het leek net of je op familiebezoek was.Best gehorig omdat de kamer en badkamer grenst aan hun woonkamer en gang met trap, maar verder op tijd stil.Om binnen te komen moesten wij aanbellen om naar binnen te mogen,dus geen eigen sleutel.Verder zat er geen slot op onze kamer, zodat je de kamer niet kan afsluiten als je daar niet bent. Verder is het erg licht in de kamer, door de gordijnen die niet verduisterend zijn. En ,dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk, het matras was vrij hard. Deze dingen hebben wij ook doorgegeven aan onze hosts en zij zouden dit gaan verbeteren. Dus dat is fijn.

Great location with private parking. Hosts were very nice.

No terrestrial TV channels. Bed coukd be mire comfortable with a single warm duvet.

We really like the space and especially the hosts. At first, I was a little anxious as I didn't realise we would be staying in their home. However, within a few minutes of meeting the host Kam, my anxiety subsided as he made us feel very welcome and the space still allows for privacy. There were facilities for us to make hot drinks, a spacious bed and space to hang clothes. I would definitely recommend this for couples visiting Brighton for a relaxed break.

There is no separate access to the property so after our evening out we had to ring the door bell to gain access. This wasn't too awful as we got back just after 11pm. However, if we were planning to be out until the AMs, then I'm not sure what that would have been like.

Convenient location for our brief visit

The street number should be included in the address to find it easier. The host could have given us a key so we would not need them to open at night.
