Holly Tree Retreat Located In Beautiful Luray, VA.

The retreat was very well stocked, There was coffee ready to be made, condiments in the cabinets and refrigerator, the beds were freshly made, the retreat was very clean, the bathroom had plenty of towels and washcloths, the hot tub was AMAZING !!! There were sheet size towels at my fingertips by the hot tub for convenience, the wifi was spot on, TV was easy to manage and plenty of programs available, the yard was very well maintained with a sweet little pond with a singing bull frog. The morning serenity moments overlooking the most amazing view of the mountains brought my blood pressure down to a heavenly peaceful figure. The walking distance to Cooters was perfect for an enjoyable evening of entertainment. I absolutely will stay at this retreat again in a heart beat !!!! I never met the owners but correspondence through email and phone was perfect.

The only thing that I would change, and this is by no means any bad reflection on the retreat whatsoever, I am getting older in age and have some somewhat handicap disadvantages and was a little nervous in the bathroom shower. It was an exceptionally nice size shower but I did feel unsafe with no bath mat available and there are no handrails to grip on a slippery floor, I realize this is not labeled a handicap accessible site but would have made my stay a little more secure, also the shower head is definitely something I would replace with a more friendly user nozzle, something that could be turned on without spaying cold water immediately on you when using. And a chair of some type in the bedrooms would be nice, something that would be a good height for a shorter person as well as someone taller. Those are the only things that I would change. The retreat was really wonderful and I did enjoy my stay. The care that the owners put into their property is top notch !!!!

Close to the attractions in Luray with a lovely view of the mountains on the back deck. Very clean and very well supplied, and the hot tub was a nice bonus.

Really cozy, clean, smelling good and peaceful! Fully equipped small house, beautiful kitchen and we enjoyed the spa. The owners were super sweet and thoughtful of us! The view was incredible as well. We recommend this place to anyone that wants to relax and have a wonderful view in the morning and especially with the sunset. Close to many activities and lookouts too. It was a A1 stay, we absolutely loved everything!!! Thank you ,🥰

It felt like home! We were so comfortable and had the best views of the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The property had absolutely beautiful views and felt like a secluded getaway, but was conveniently located, 5 min from a Walmart and Food Lion, 15 minutes from Shenandoah National Park, 10 minutes from Luray Caverns. The home was clean and cozy. The fully equipped kitchen was amazing. My family of 4 (two children 9 and 7 years old) were so comfortable here! We loved the hot tub, fire pit, pond, Smart TV, grill, etc. The owners were very responsive to all inquiries. We will definitely stay here again if we vacation in this area again!
