Great location. Quiet, no street noise. Available garage. Good water pressure. Heated floors. Everything needed was around.

Sockets were not near the bed. Light over kitchen counter top wasn’t working.

Near to city and convenient to all public transport .

Property advertised as family home in Kallio, not sure I would bring young children to stay in Sörnäinen area. Apartment itself could do with updating, particularly kitchen area.
