Place was clean.

1. Amenities states "Indoor swimming pool" and photos show a picture of a pool. Description also doesn't say "pool is not included in price." I specifically chose a pool filter in my search because I was willing to pay more for my stay if the place had a pool. When we got to the place, I got a hold of the host on the phone and they said it was not included, but something I could purchase from the front desk. That's messed up! I paid 200 pounds per night for a teeny caravan b/c I thought the pool was included. 2. Amenities also states "Free Wifi," but the Wifi basically didn't work. Every once in a while, it would work for a few seconds, and then stop working again. The host even told me over the phone that the "Wifi is sometimes spotty, but there's nothing I can do about that." If that's the case, then they should have at a minimum put that "the Wifi is spotty" in the description as I needed internet connection during my stay. I discussed the issues w/ Booking.com support. They said they'll contact the host and get back with me. Never did. Poor customer service on their part.
