A bit far away from sandy beach, so car rental is a must.
IEThe dishwasher water drain pump was faulty / a blockage in the outside pipe. Electrical power shut off when using oven rings to cook, but trip switch fixed the problem.
LTThe apartament is in the 5th floor with Terrace from the 6th floor. There is lift in the house so it is very easy to go with your luggage. Very good kitchen with a lot of devices from toaster to Dolce Gusto coffee mashine. There is small laundry room. Balkon and terrace is very spacy. By the way, all windows are oriented to sea and mountains.
We have some small ants (about 1mm size) but apartament owner set a trap, when we told her about ants. By the way, sometimes when we get back from Las Americas in the late night we were afraid that we wouldn't find car place near house. It would be very good to have parking space in private parking. It could cost additionally, but private parking would be great.

There are no signs indicating that we were at the right building so we tried to get in the wrong building (although there are only two). The fans didn't work which in February wasn't a great problem, but the apartment was not fitted with air con. Again, not a problem in February but would be in the height of summer
GBThe views from the top of the apartment were fantastic, especially waking up in the top floor bedroom every morning overlooking the harbour and out to sea, and the apartment was well equipped. Nicole was excellent at getting the keys to us and was in the local area if help was needed. We would like to stay again ,should there be any availability !
As had been said ,slight concern about parking, its in the road but not far to wheel the cases ,and there was always a space near the car park entrance, so it was not really a problem.

ATThe apartment was perfect in every way, we were lucky to catch it last minute. Nicole showed us around and helped us get situated, very friendly and professional. Communication was quick and effortless, our needs were always met with care.
GBWas spacious, had utility closet with washer and dryer. Bed and sofa were comfortable. Views from top floor were amazing. Had everything you would need in the kitchen.
Parking was difficult as had no access to the apartment car park. We were told that was only for residents but we later saw other tourists arrive and get access to the car park - so presume this is an extra cost that the owner does not wish to pay. There is limited parking on the surrounding streets but it’s a one way system so can take a bit longer. The apartment has no air conditioning due to how hot it was we had the shutters down at all times to keep the heat out. There were good ceiling fans in the lounge and bedroom and they did well. I had enquired about extra towels as we had no dedicated hand towels for the bathroom but was told this would cost extra.
