I loved everything about this place Easy contact with the host, no problems with anything Ill be back some day for sure

Overall I thought this hotel was really nice to stay at. However, there were a few minor issues but nothing that the host could not fix. They were very attentive, efficient and helpful. The room looked the same as the photos, clean and spacious. The bed was super comfy and soft. The room was stocked with the basic amenities; such as toilet paper, cooking utensils, salt n pepper, oil and cleaning products. The restaurant (Panza) had really good food, a little pricey but worth it! The pool and surrounding area is well kept. Definitely Recommend for those travelling solo. Helpful tips: - Before departure I recommend contacting the host for your access code. I had some issues on arrival, I had to direct all my queries/question to the host as the property is managed by various owners and so the staff are not always aware of your reservation. - Bring your own towel - Supermarket nearby called Selecto Chedruai tulum - If you are female travelling solo I recommend taking a pocket flashlight as the area is not well lit - Pre book a taxi if you can as some are not legit. There is a taxi camp just 1min walk from the condo - Getting around tulum can be quite costly taxi’ing around. I recommend renting a bike/scooter or quad. There many rental places on the strip near the supermarket. Some require you to have ID or to pay deposit. I would not recommend giving passport. As a female I would not recommend riding by yourself after dark. - If you travelling as a family with kids there is a friendly reasonable priced sports bar with a soft play area for the kids called ‘Bostons Pizza Tulum on the strip near the supermarket. - There are a few cenotes and an archeological site just biking distance. If you plan to ride to the main beach please be aware the pavement is not bike friendly but doable.
