Spacious and immaculately clean. We only stayed one night but it would be great for an extended stay. Good to have parking on site.

Parking via an elevator off a small lane way is unfamiliar so it can be a bit stressful.The collection of keys for the elevator adds a few extra steps to the check in process, and the key in door is a bit tricky first time.

Die Lage ist zentral, nur wenige Minuten zum Zentrum zu gehen. Wir hatten einen ruhigen und komfortablen Aufenthalt. Genial ist der Parkplatz im Haus, auch wenn die Zufahrt eine Herausforderung ist. (Besitzer fetter Autos haben allerdings Pech gehabt.)

Die Eirichtung mit viel Kunststoff und Baumarktdeko ist uninspiriert und lässt jeden Charme vermissen. Es mangelt an Basics, selbst ein Geschirrtuch fehlt. Das Anmeldesystem via Online -check-in ist unpersönlich und aufwändig. Erst wenn man die "Prüfung" bestanden hat, erhält man den Zugang. Die Erklärvideos sind verwackelt und müssen mehrmals abgerufen werden. Als Gast muss ich mich diesem System unterordnen, sonst wird das nichts. Ich habe in Summe eine Stunde meiner Urlaubszeit verschwendet, bis ich endlich das Apartment beziehen konnte. Mit diesen Erfahrungen würde ich die Wohnung kein zweites Mal buchen.

I had a problem (my own mistake) opening the doors, and a staff member came very quickly to help me. I liked location, kitchen facilities, smart TV for youtube, hot water, too.

The narrow street means that if you have a larger car, it is difficult to get into the elevator to the garage. Doing it alone it would be even more complicated, because elevator doors will keep closing.

Faltaba un poco de limpieza, no nos dejaron las cosas básicas, servilletas, pastillas para el lavavajillas, ni bolsas de basura. El parking es estrecho, difícil de aparcar.

Buena ubicacion, dispone de parking que si bien puede ser complejo aparcar un coche mediano entra bien y es una gran ventaja en granada que es dificil circular en coche en muchas partes del casco antiguo. Las instalaciones son muy correctas. Sin dudas repetiria.

Podrian dejar pastillas para el lavavajillas y para la lavadora ya que cuenta con ambos servicios y cuando uno viaja no suele llevarlos. Pero por lo demas todo muy bien.
