The apartment was different from the one we booked. The bed in the living room was very bad.

Uno degli appartamenti piu sporchi che abbia mai visto, le lenzuola erano completamente macchiate e nei materassi c'erano caramelle sciolte appiccicate, esperienza pessima. Il condominio prevede un orario di silenzio(7-22) ma a quanto pare non viene rispettato, dalle 5 di mattina ci sono bambini che urlano e corrono sbattendo i piedi. Inoltre nel bar di fronte, che viene consigliatomi le colazioni, non sapevano nulla delle convenzioni con l'appartamento. In piu il codice "segreto" d'accesso per entrare nel condominio e nell'appartamento sono gli stessi, la domanda sorge spontanea, tutti gli appartamenti gestiti da questo servizio hanno gli stessi codici o è stata solo una coincidenza? E se si chiunque sarebbe potuto entrare liberamente nel nostro appartamento durante il soggiorno. Poca privacy. Le spiegazioni su dove buttare l'immondizia non sono esaustive (dicono che ci sono I bidoni sul balcone ma non vi era nulla se non un box chiuso a chiave) tanto che abbiamo dovuto portarcela via. Pessima esperienza, non ci siamo lamentati durante la permanenza solo perche, visto che non vi erano chiavi ma solo "codici daccesso" avevamo paura di essere lasciati a piedi in un paese dove le temperature sono molto basse.

Very spacious and big appartment. Location is good, also has everything you might need like towels, kitchen, bedsheets and bath suplies. Satisfied, all perfect 10/10

The property is in a nice area. Theres a really good sushi buffet (Haru sushi) close by 15.50€ w/d 17.50€ w/e. The space is very comfortable in comparison to others I have stayed at in Helsinki. The self check-in is simple just follow the instructions, very easy to locate!

The only reason im not giving it a full 10/10 is the tv channels are not working properly, and what’s the use in having a clock on the wall if it’s not working? Minor paint cracks aswell. But overall it was a good stay!

The location was great, the overall apartment was good and clean.

We did not have a working heater and as it was mid winter, it was quite cold. We tried contacting the customer service, but after 1,5 days of texting and emailing and no response, we called them. After 2,5 days, we finally got a manual heater as a short-term solution, but as our stay was only 4 days we really only had one night of advantage from it.

Location, price.

The floor is dirty, smoking is prohibited, but there are cigarette ash on the windowsill, it's -15 degrees Celsius outside, and the window won't close, one radiator isn't working, the shower curtain is torn, there are cracks in the walls, the pillows are terrible, the internet doesn't work, the sofa is dirty, the floor at the entrance is swollen. By the way, your client wrote to you about the window quite a while ago; it could have been done long ago.
